项针联合会厌逐瘀汤治疗慢喉瘖的随机对照研究

Randomized controlled study on the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with nape acupuncture combined with Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction

目的:观察项针联合会厌逐瘀汤治疗慢喉瘖临床疗效。方法:将80例慢喉瘖患者按照随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用项针联合会厌逐瘀汤治疗,对照组单独采用会厌逐瘀汤治疗。项针治疗每天1次,每周治疗6d,中药每天早晚各口服1次,疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的GRBAS总嘶哑程度G、VHI-10积分、电子喉镜检查,并评价临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后患者症状均有好转,且治疗组患者的各项观察指标及总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:项针联合会厌逐瘀汤治疗慢喉瘖疗效显著且安全性高,可作为治疗慢喉瘖的一种综合手段大力推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nape acupuncture combined with Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with nape needle combined with Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction,while the control group was treated with Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction alone.Nape acupuncture treatment was given once a day,given 6 treatments a week,Chinese herbal medicine was taken orally once a day in the morning and evening,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The total of GRBAS G level,Voice Handicap Index-10 score and electronic laryngoscope were compared in the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The symptoms of the patients in the two groups improved after treatment.The observation indicators and the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Nape acupuncture combined with Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
