针药结合行为干预改善孤独症谱系障碍伴发睡眠障碍的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of acupuncture and medicine combined with behavioral intervention on sleep disorder associated with autism spectrum disorder

目的:观察针药结合行为干预改善孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)伴发睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:80例ASD伴发睡眠障碍患儿随机分为:治疗组(针刺+利培酮片口服+行为干预)40例,对照组(行为干预)40例,治疗后进行疗效判定。结果:两组在患儿就寝习惯、入睡潜伏期、睡眠焦虑、睡眠持续时间、夜醒5个层面均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后症状总评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合行为干预对ASD伴发睡眠障碍有一定的临床疗效,并能影响减轻ASD社交及行为问题。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine combined with behavioral intervention to improve sleep disorder associated with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(acupuncture+risperidone orally+behavioral intervention)(40 cases)and the control group(behavioral intervention)(40 cases),and the curative effect of the treatment group was observed.Results:Both the treatment group and the control group had different degrees of improvement in the five aspects of bedhabits,sleep latency,sleep anxiety,sleep duration and night waking(P<0.05).The improvement of total symptom score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and medicine combined with behavioral intervention has certain clinical effect on sleep disorder associated with ASD,and can alleviate social and behavioral problems of autism.
