香槟方对结直肠癌腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effects of Xiangbin Formula on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer

目的:观察香槟方对结直肠癌腹腔镜术后胃肠功能的临床疗效。方法:179例患者随机分为对照组(91例)和治疗组(88例)。对照组常规治疗,治疗组加香槟方治疗。术后第1天至第7天(或出院前)观察患者胃肠动力恢复情况(术后首次排气、排便时间),且记录术后腹胀痛、恶心、呕吐等情况。结果:整体比较:两组术后首次排气、排便时间及腹胀痛、恶心、呕吐差异均无统计学意义。分层比较:治疗组有腹部手术史的患者术后首次排气、排便时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:香槟方可能促进结直肠癌腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复,尤其是有腹部手术史的患者。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiangbin Formula on gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 179 patients were randomly assigned into control group(91 cases)and treatment group(88 cases).The control group was treated routinely,and the treatment group was treated with Xiangbin Formula on the basis of the control group.From the first day to seventh day after surgery(or before discharge),the patient’s gastrointestinal motility recovery was observed daily,including the time to first passage of flatus and the time to first passage of stool after surgery,and record postoperative abdominal distension,pain,nausea,and vomiting.Results:Overall comparison:There were no significant differences between the two groups of patients with the time to first passage of flatus and stool,postoperative abdominal distension,pain,nausea,and vomiting.Stratified comparison:The time to first passage of flatus and stool after surgery in patients with a history of abdominal surgery was shorter than that of the control group,and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangbin Formula may have a positive effect on gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer,especially in patients with previous history of abdominal surgery.
