摘要
以LNG船绝缘箱制造项目生产技术准备阶段为例,分析其技术特点和管理中存在的问题。制定进度控制的实施策略,包括加强项目进度动态监测,设置缓冲时间管理方法,健全组织结构,强调项目沟通协调。对LNG船绝缘箱制造项目生产准备阶段项目任务进行逐级分解,优化项目进度表,并成功实施,为LNG船绝缘箱制造项目中其他阶段的进度管理提供参考。
Taken the production&technology preparation stage of insulation box manufacturing project of LNG ship as an example,the technical characteristics and existing problems in management are analyzed.The implement strategy of progress control is made,including strengthening the project progress tracking and monitoring,setting buffer time management method,strengthening the organizational structure,emphasizing project communication and coordination.The project tasks of the production&technology preparation stage of insulation box manufacturing project of LNG ship are decomposed step by step.The project schedule is Optimized and implemented successfully.It offers reference for the progress management in other stages of insulation box manufacturing project of LNG ship.
