摘要
概述了国内外尾矿干排用高频筛的研究现状,介绍了高效强迫同步高频筛关键技术点研制思路、工作原理、技术特征及技术优势。工业应用表明,高效强迫同步高频筛能够将尾矿水分平均降低6%,尾矿回收能力平均提高20%。
The research status of high-frequency screens for dry discharge of tailings at home and abroad is summarized,and the development ideas,working principles,technical characteristics and technical advantages for key technical points of high-efficiency forced synchronous high-frequency screens are introduced.Industrial applications have shown that high-efficiency forced synchronous high-frequency screens can reduce tailings moisture by an average of 6%and increase tailings recovery capacity by an average of 20%.
