文明、中华文明与新时代道德生活——兼论改革开放以来我国公民道德建设的发展

改革开放之后,我国社会生活和公民道德建设中的一个重要特点就是“传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化”的地位日益提高。从“文明论”的思想和学理基础来看,这就是把时代性和民族性作为把握“文明”和“中华文明”的基本范畴框架,并在对中华民族道德生活的理解中和加强公民道德建设的实践中努力处理好其辩证关系,在明确地突出文化和文明之中华民族性的同时,同样要自觉地坚持文化和文明之社会主义和现代性的时代性,以服务于实现中华民族伟大复兴的目标和构建人类命运共同体的努力。

After the reform and opening up,an important feature of China’s social life and moral construction of citizensis the increasing importance of“inheriting and carrying forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture”.From the ideological and theoretical basis of the“theory of civilization”,it means looking at“civilization”and the“Chinese civilization”in the background of the times and the nationality,and maintains a good dialectical relationship between the two when trying to understand the Chinese national moral life and strengthen the civic moral life.While giving due attention to the Chinese nationality in culture and civilization,we should also adhere to the socialist elements of culture and civilization and the times of modernity in order to serve the goal of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the efforts to building a community of shared future for mankind.
