摘要
文章介绍了增产碳四烯烃选择性催化剂在石家庄化工公司第三FCCU中的工业应用。结果表明,碳四烯烃的质量产率使用增产碳四烯烃选择性催化裂化催化剂后增加了0.6%以上。C3~C4中丁烯的质量分数增加了10%以上。汽油的产率C3~C4、C5+、汽油和柴油的总产量增加。充分表明,增产碳四烯烃选择性催化裂化催化剂不仅在增加丁烯方面具有优异的进步选择性,而且也具有很强的底部开裂能力。
The industrial application of high butylene selective catalyst in 3rd FCCU of SINOPEC Shijiazhuang Refinery and Chemical Company was introduced.The results showed that the mass yield of butylenes increased by more than 0.6%after using the high butylene selective catalytic cracking catalyst.The mass fraction of butylenes in C3~C4 increased by more than 10%.The yield of gasoline increased,and the total yields of C3~C4,C5+,gasoline and diesel increased.It fully shows that high butylene selective catalytic cracking catalyst not only has excellent advances in increasing butylenes selectivity,but also has strong bottoms cracking ability.
