钛材换热器与管板焊接工艺的应用实践

摘要 文章通过对换热器加工制造过程中与管板焊接的工艺难度进行分析说明,阐述了钛材料的物理特性,指出钛材料焊接的技术难度,分析了影响焊接质量的影响因素,如管头熔融现象、焊缝不压茬现象、气孔和渗漏现象等,通过总结和方法改进,提出焊接准备工作前和准备阶段的注意事项,采取跳焊作业方法和进气量调节以增加气体保护效果的方法等,解决了现实问题,具有一定的应用价值。 This article analyzes and explains the process difficulty of welding with tube sheet in the heat exchanger manufacturing process,expounds the physical characteristics of titanium material,points out the technical difficulty of titanium material welding,and analyzes the influencing factors of welding quality,such as tube Head melting phenomenon,welding seam non-stubble phenomenon,porosity and leakage phenomenon,etc.,through summary and method improvement,put forward the precautions before and during the preparation stage of welding,adopt skip welding operation method and air intake adjustment to increase gas protection Effective methods,etc.,solve practical problems and have certain application value.
