氯乙烯工业盐酸回用工艺的研究与应用

摘要 在进行氯乙烯制备时,可能会产生大量的HCL,为处理工艺产物,一般借助二次吸收的方式进行处理,将其转化为稀盐酸。随着产能的不断提升,为了有效降低稀盐酸的排放量,需要针对以往的工艺进行优化和改造,将二次吸收酸的质量分数控制在合理范畴内,以更好解决污水治理中的相关问题,有效降低设备腐蚀的风险。同时,由于所生产的回收酸一般可以自由出售,为企业带来良好的经济效益,实现高效清洁生产的目的。 In the preparation of vinyl chloride,a large number of HCL,may be produced as the treatment process products,which are generally treated by secondary absorption and converted into dilute hydrochloric acid.With the continuous improvement of production capacity,in order to effectively reduce the discharge of dilute hydrochloric acid,it is necessary to optimize and transform the previous process to control the quality fraction of secondary acid absorption in a reasonable range.In order to better solve the sewage treatment problems,effectively reduce the risk of equipment corrosion.At the same time,the recycled acid can be sold freely,which brings good economic benefits to the enterprise and can achieve the purpose of efficient and clean production.
