At the present stage,China's chemical enterprises in the standardization and safety of the development,we must pay attention to the safety design of the chemical process,so as to contribute to the positive development of the entire chemical enterprises.At the same time,the chemical process safety design not only affects the enterprise,but also affects the product quality produced by the chemical enterprise.In the process of chemical process safety design,it will be affected by many factors,such as technical factors,equipment factors and information,which will affect the whole chemical process safety design,and even threaten the chemical safety and life safety of enterprises.Therefore,this paper mainly summarizes the common risk factors and related solutions in the chemical process safety design,improve the chemical process scheme,in order to improve the chemical industry of the whole chemical process safety design effect.
