石油化工企业的设备必须保持安全运转状态才能确保企业内部各项工作有序开展;同时也能减少相关安全环境事故发生。因此,相关部门和石油化工企业都要加强对设备维护与管理的重视,做到定期巡检、及时发现设备问题,这样才能做到“早发现,早解决”。文章首先分析了石油化工设备类型及特点;其次讲述了研究石油化工设备维护与管理的意义;最后阐述了石油化工设备维护与管理的措施,希望可以加强对石油化工设备的全方位养护和管理,并以此促进石油化工企业积极发展。

Petrochemical enterprises must maintain the safe operation of equipment,in order to ensure the orderly development of the internal work of the enterprise,but also to reduce the occurrence of related safety and environmental accidents.Therefore,the relevant departments and petrochemical enterprises should strengthen the importance of equipment maintenance and management,must do regular inspection,timely discovery of equipment problems,so as to achieve early discovery and early solution.Firstly,the types and characteristics of petrochemical equipment are analyzed.Secondly,the significance of research on petrochemical equipment maintenance and management is described.Finally,the measures of maintenance and management of petrochemical equipment are described,hoping to strengthen the comprehensive maintenance and management of petrochemical equipment,and promote the positive development of petrochemical enterprises.
