在对山东省近50座小型水库实地调研基础上,结合全省小型水库安全运行暗访调研和小型水库管理示范县中期评估工作,全面剖析了山东省小型水库运行管理现状,总结成功经验做法,查摆存在的主要问题,创造性研究提出提升山东省小型水库运行管理水平的对策建议,对全省小型水库运行管理工作具有指导意义。

Based on the field investigation of nearly 50 small reservoirs in Shandong Province,combined with the investigation of the safe operation of small reservoirs and the mid-term evaluation of small reservoir management demonstration counties,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of operation management of small reservoirs in Shandong Province,summarizes the successful experience and practices,finds out the main problems,and creatively studies and proposes to improve the operation management of small reservoirs in Shandong Province.The countermeasures and suggestions will have a good guiding significance for the operation management of small reservoirs in Shandong Province.
