摘要
企业对营商环境的满意度是分析区域营商环境法治化程度的重要标尺,而政务服务环境则是其中关键一环。以优化营商环境为研究视角,以南宁市为例,通过文献回顾,构建政务服务公众满意度影响因素模型,采用相关性分析及回归分析的方法对研究假设及理论模型进行实证检验。研究发现:除公共政策外,电子政务、政商关系、群众感知与腐败治理均对政务服务企业满意度有显著正向影响。针对调查中发现的问题及实证分析结论提出了提升政务服务满意度等对策建议。
Enterprises'satisfaction with the business environment is an important measure to analyze the degree of regional business environment under the rule of law,and the government service environment is one of the key links.From the perspective of optimizing business environment,taking Nanning as an example,through literature review,this paper constructs the influencing factors model of public satisfaction with government service,and uses the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis to empirically test the research hypothesis and theoretical model.The results show that:in addition to public policy,e government,government business relationship,public perception and corruption governance have significant positive effects on the satisfaction of government service enterprises.In view of the problems found in the survey and the conclusions of empirical analysis,this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of government service.
