摘要
目的:应用气质联用(Gas chromatography mass spectrometry,GC/MS)技术分析健康人群与宫颈癌患者血清样品中的脂肪酸代谢产物,寻找潜在生物标志物,为防治宫颈癌研究提供实验依据。方法:应用GC/MS技术检测血清样品中的代谢产物,应用主成分分析(principal components analysis,PCA)与正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis,OPLS-DA)进行模式识别分析。比对WILEY8与NIST11数据库,得到相关的差异代谢物。结果:健康人群与宫颈癌患者血清中5种差异性代谢物为棕榈酸、亚油酸、油酸、硬脂酸、花生四烯酸。结论:宫颈癌患者血清中脂肪酸代谢上调,为宫颈癌生物标志物研究提供实验依据。
Objective:Gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC/MS)have been applied in the study of fatty acid metabolites human serum in both healthy people and patients with cervical cancer,and to find potential biomarkers to provide experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:GC/MS was performed to identify metabolites in serum.Principal component analysis(PCA)and Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were used to perform pattern recognition analysis on the WILEY8 and NIST11 databases to obtain related differential metabolites.Results:5 metabolites were identified that were different in the serum of healthy and cervical cancer patients:Palmitic acid,linoleic acid,oleic acid,stearic acid,arachidonic acid.Conclusion:The up-regulation of fatty acid metabolism in serum of patients with cervical cancer provides experimental basis for the study of biomarkers of cervical cancer.
