摘要
低氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia-inducible factor-1,HIF-1)是广泛存在于哺乳动物内的一种氧依赖转录因子,通过介导缺氧相关基因的表达来促进细胞增殖和血管生成等过程,参与多个系统疾病的发生发展过程。肿瘤组织中普遍存在缺氧微环境,HIF-1作为癌细胞适应低氧环境的激发因子,在肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭及转移等方面发挥了重要作用,尤其与妇科肿瘤如子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌、宫颈癌的发病及疾病进展密切相关。本文对HIF-1的生物学功能及其在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)is an oxygen-dependent transcription factor that widely exists in both mammals and humans.It can promote cell proliferation and angiogenesis by mediating the expression of hypoxia-related genes,and participate in the occurrence and development of multiple systemic diseases.Hypoxia is one of the intrinsic features of solid tumors.HIF-1,as an important regulator in cell response to hypoxia,plays a pivotal role in the proliferation,invasion,metastasis,especially in gynecology malignant tumor,such as endometrial cancer,ovarian cancer,cervical cancer.This paper reviews the biological functions of HIF-1 and its research progress in gynecological malignant tumors.
