数据中心建设项目EPC模式中的全过程造价管理

The Entire Process Cost Management in the EPC Model of Data Center Construction Project

新基建中的数据中心项目因建设周期长、跨专业性与新技术承载应用,其投资价值管理变成复杂的全过程系统任务,与EPC模式相结合为数据中心项目提供了建设组织实施发展的先进新模式。文章基于工程全过程投资价值管理理论,分析数据中心与EPC建设模式特点以及价值要素项,提出全过程造价咨询应发挥有效统一管理核心需求,结合EPC模式实施中的界面管理划分,从全过程视角科学构建出完整的EPC工程管理环节阶段性造价产出成果、对应工作内容与管理集成策略,使EPC模式的优势在数据中心建设中得以最大限度发挥,确保建设成果与经济成果相统一,推动当前新基建数据中心项目建设更好的发展。

Due to the long construction period,cross-professional nature,and new technology bearing application of the data center project in the new infrastructure construction,the investment value management has become a complex whole-process system task.When the original mode and the EPC mode are combined,it provides an advanced new mode of construction,organization,implementation and development for the data center project.Based on the theory of investment value management in the entire process of the project,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the data center and EPC construction mode and the value element items,then proposes that the entire process of cost consulting should give play to the core requirements of effective unified management,combined with the interface management division in the implementation of the EPC model.In addition,from the perspective of the entire process,a complete EPC project management link stage cost output results,corresponding work content and management integration strategies are constructed rationally and scientifically from the perspective of the whole process,the project cost control is improved so that the advantages of the EPC model can be maximized in the construction of the data center.It has ensured that the construction results are unified with the economic results,and promoted the better development of the current new infrastructure data center project construction management.
