摘要
本研究以燃气热水器的换热器为基体,通过与铜材料进行对比,分别从材料的换热性能、力学性能、热力性能和抗腐蚀性能等方面展开对不锈钢材质在换热器中的应用研究。经对比研究发现,与铜材料相比,不锈钢材质的换热性能及热力性能与无氧铜材质的相差不大,但因其抗腐蚀能力较强,因此,更适合应用于水质较差地区的燃气热水器中的换热器。本研究可为企业特别是燃气热水器生产企业研究和使用不锈钢换热器提供重要的参考依据。
In this study,the heat exchanger of gas water heater is used as the matrix,and the application of stainless steel in the heat exchanger is studied from the aspects of heat exchange performance,mechanical performance,thermal performance and corrosion resistance of the material by comparing with copper.It is found that the heat transfer performance and thermal performance of stainless steel is similar to that of oxygen free copper.However,due to its strong corrosion resistance,it is more suitable for the heat exchanger of gas water heater in poor water quality areas.This study can provide an important reference for enterprises,especially gas water heater manufacturers,to study and use stainless steel heat exchanger.
