粉煤气化制甲醇装置变换工艺选择与优化

摘要 针对粉煤气化粗合成气的组成特点,介绍了变换工艺技术选择依据,对比分析了高水气比和低水气比2种工艺技术的优缺点,从能耗和投资等方面进行考察,确定采用低水气比变换工艺技术。采用Aspen Plus软件对配套180万t/a煤制甲醇装置的低水气比变换工艺的副产低压蒸汽、低位热能的利用、低温工艺凝液的处理进行了全流程模拟计算与优化,为后续工程设计提供参考。 According to the composition characteristics of coarse syngas from pulverized coal gasification,the selection basis of shift process technology is introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of high water gas ratio and low water gas ratio are compared and analyzed.The low water gas ratio shift process technology is determined based on the investigation of energy consumption and investment.The Aspen Plus software is used to simulate and optimize the whole process of by-product low-pressure steam,utilization of low-level heat energy and treatment of low-temperature process condensate in low water gas ratio shift process of supporting 1.8 million t/a coal to methanol plant,so as to provide reference for subsequent engineering design.
