摘要
以某火电厂3×130 t/h循环流化床锅炉配套烟气治理工程为例,采用SNCR-SCR脱硝、活性炭吸附重金属及二噁英、石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫、布袋除尘、湿式电除尘、烟气冷凝再热脱除湿烟羽的组合烟气处理工艺,达到了超低排放要求。对该烟气综合治理技术进行了分析和探讨,该项目工艺路线和治理链条较长、较全面,为同类型硫、硝、尘、二噁英、重金属及湿烟羽全污染物的综合治理工程提供了参考和借鉴。
Taking the flue gas treatment project of 3×130 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in a thermal power plant as an example,the combined flue gas treatment process of SNCR-SCR denitrification,activated carbon adsorption of heavy metals and dioxins,limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization,bag filter,wet electrostatic precipitator,wet plume removal by flue gas condensation and reheating is adopted,which can meet the requirements of ultra-low emission.The comprehensive treatment technology of flue gas is analyzed and discussed.The process route and treatment chain of the project are the longer and more comprehensive,which can provide reference for comprehensive treatment projects of the same type of SO_(2),NOx,dust,dioxins,heavy metals and wet plume pollutants.
