Since the 1990s,informal care services have become an important way of aged care services in western countries.In order to regulate and promote the healthy development of informal aged care services,western countries have adopted a series of supportive policies,such as implementing a variety of payment methods to protect the income of care providers and the rights and interests of the elderly in care,providing service support for care providers to improve the nursing effect,improving social security for care providers and to stabilize the ranks of care providers.The combination of informal and formal care services has become an important trend of aged care services in contemporary western countries.
