青藤碱定点介入治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Senomenine Fixed-point Interventional in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

目的:观察青藤碱定点介入治疗痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年1-12月收治的74例痛风性关节炎患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组37例。对照组实施曲安奈德关节腔注射治疗,试验组实施青藤碱定点介入治疗。比较两组治疗前后症状积分、患侧与健侧关节热成像差值、临床治疗效果及再发情况。结果:治疗前两组症状积分、患侧与健侧关节热成像差值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组症状积分、患侧与健侧关节热成像差值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率为97.30%,高于对照组的78.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组再发率为0,低于对照组的13.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青藤碱定点介入治疗痛风性关节炎,可有效减轻临床症状,效果显著,再发率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sinomenine fixed-point interventional in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Method:A total of 74 patients with gouty arthritis admitted in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 37 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide intraarticular injection,and the experimental group was treated with Sinomenine fixed-point interventional.Symptom score,joint thermal imaging difference between the affected side and the healthy side before and after treatment,clinical treatment effect and recurrence were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in symptom scores and thermal imaging difference between the affected side and the healthy side between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,symptom score and joint thermal imaging difference between the affected and healthy sides in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.30%,which was higher than 78.38% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 0,which was lower than 13.79% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sinomenine fixed-point interventional therapy for gouty arthritis can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,with significant effect and low recurrence rate.
