经皮微创脊柱椎弓根钉棒固定治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的效果及疼痛度评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析经皮微创脊柱椎弓根钉棒固定治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折疗效及疼痛度评价。方法:选择2019年5月-2020年5月本院收治无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折76例患者临床资料,按随机数表分为两组,对照组38例给予保守治疗,研究组38例使用经皮微创脊柱椎弓根钉棒固定治疗,对两组治疗疗效及疼痛度进行比较。结果:研究组伤椎前缘高度比值(88.68±10.25)%,Cobb角(4.10±1.47)°,均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疼痛度(2.29±1.07)分,比对照组的(3.31±1.36)分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组下肢深静脉血栓、感染等并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:经皮微创脊柱椎弓根钉棒固定治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折,可减轻疼痛度,能减少并发症发生。 Objective:To analyze the efficacy and pain evaluation of percutaneous minimally invasive spinal pedicle screw fixation for thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury.Method:The clinical data of 76 patients with thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury were selected from May 2019 to May 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was given conservative treatment for 38 patients,and the study group was treated by percutaneous minimally invasive spinal pedicle screw fixation treatment,the therapeutic effect and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Result:The ratio of the height of the anterior edge of the injured vertebrae in the study group of (88.68±10.25)% and the Cobb angle index of (4.10±1.47)° were better than those in the control group (P<0.05);the pain degree scores in the study group was (2.29±1.07) points,which was lower than (3.31±1.36) points of the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of complications such as deep vein thrombosis and infection in the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous minimally invasive spinal pedicle screw fixation for thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury can reduce pain and reduce complications.
