Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Compliance of Atomization Therapy and Pulmonary Function in Children with Asthma

目的:探究优质护理干预对小儿哮喘雾化治疗依从性及肺功能的影响。方法:以2019年7月-2020年6月在本院接受雾化治疗的小儿哮喘患儿为样本,进行护理干预方式探究,样本量为210例,随机选取并抽签平分两组,对照组和试验组,分别给予常规护理、优质护理,比较患儿护理效果和依从性,评估肺功能改善情况和血气指标。结果:试验组护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气峰速(PEFR)、二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))、氧分压(PO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SatO_(2))对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组FEV1、FVC、PEFR、PO_(2)、SatO_(2)高于同组护理前,PCO_(2)低于同组护理前(P<0.05),试验组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEFR、PO_(2)、SatO_(2)高于对照组,PCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中,采取优质护理效果突出,患儿依从性得以提升,且其肺功能、血气指标改善明显,值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on the compliance of atomization treatment of children with asthma and lung function.Method:From July 2019 to June 2020,a sample of children with asthma in our hospital who received atomization treatment was used to explore nursing intervention methods.The sample size was 210 cases and divided into two groups.The patients in control group and experimental group were given routine care and high-quality care,respectively,to compare the nursing effect and compliance of the children,and to evaluate the improvement of lung function and blood gas indicators.Result:The total effective rate of nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in FEV1,FVC,PEFR,PCO_(2),PO_(2),SatO_(2) between two groups (P>0.05),FEV_(1),FVC,PEFR,PO_(2),SatO_(2) in the two groups after nursing were higher than before,PCO_(2) was lower than before(P<0.05),FEV1,FVC,PEFR,PO_(2),SatO_(2) in experimental group were higher than those of control group,PCO_(2) was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the aerosol treatment of children with asthma,the effect of high-quality nursing care is outstanding,the compliance of the children can be improved,and the lung function and blood gas indicators have improved significantly,which is worth learning.
