强化认知护理联合共情沟通对ERCP患者的护理效果研究

Study on the Nursing Effect of Enhanced Cognition Nursing Combined with Empathic Communication in Patients with ERCP

目的:分析强化认知联合共情沟通应用于经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(ERCP)患者的护理效果。方法:选择2019年10月-2020年10月笔者所在医院接受ERCP诊疗的112例患者作为研究对象,应用方便抽样法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予强化认知联合共情沟通。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度为96.43%,明显高于对照组的83.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理服务质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在ERCP中应用强化认知联合共情沟通可改善患者心理状态,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,护理满意度高,是一种高质量的护理模式,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of enhanced cognition combined with empathic communication in patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).Method:A total of 112 patients who received ERCP treatment in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by convenience sampling method,with 56 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given enhanced cognition combined with empathic communication on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 83.93% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing service quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of enhanced cognition combined with empathic communication in ERCP can improve patients’ psychological state,reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients’ quality of life,and achieve high nursing satisfaction.Therefore,it is a high-quality nursing mode worthy of reference and promotion.
