天麻素注射液治疗急性眩晕症的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Gastrodin Injection in the Treatment of Acute Vertigo

目的:探讨天麻素注射液治疗急性眩晕症的临床效果。方法:选择2019年7月-2020年6月笔者所在医院收治的急性眩晕症64例患者,根据就诊先后顺序将其分为试验组(n=32)与对照组(n=32)。对照组给予盐酸异丙嗪注射液治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予天麻素注射液治疗。比较两组眩晕程度、生活质量。结果:试验组治疗后SF-12量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后眩晕程度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻素注射液治疗急性眩晕症的临床效果确切,改善患者的眩晕症状,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Gastrodin Injection in the treatment of acute vertigo.Method:A total of 64 patients with acute vertigo admitted in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group (n=32) and the control group (n=32) according to the order of treatment.The control group was treated with Promethazine Hydrochloride Injection,and the experimental group was treated with Gastrodin Injection on the basis of the control group.The vertigo degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,scores of each dimension of SF-12 scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The vertigo score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastrodin Injection has definite clinical effect in the treatment of acute vertigo,which can improve the symptoms of vertigo and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
