导乐分娩镇痛在初产妇中的应用

Application of Doula Labor Analgesia in Primipara

目的:探讨导乐分娩镇痛在初产妇中的应用。方法:选取本院2019年1月-2020年1月100例妊娠期初产妇作为本次研究对象。随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组给予常规分娩,试验组给予导乐镇痛分娩。观察并对比两组疼痛程度、产后出血量、新生儿窒息率、剖宫产发生率。结果:试验组剖宫产率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组产后出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组新生儿窒息率、胎儿窘迫率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:导乐分娩镇痛有效降低了产妇剖宫产率,减少产妇产后出血量,大大降低了新生儿窒息率,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application of Doula labor analgesia in primipara.Method:A total of 100 cases of pregnancy primiparas in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine delivery,and the experimental group was given doula analgesia delivery.The pain degree,the amount of postpartum bleeding,neonatal asphyxia rate,cesarean section rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The cesarean section rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The pain degree of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The amount of postpartum bleeding in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The neonatal asphyxia rate and fetal distress rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Doula labor analgesia can effectively reduce the rate of cesarean section,reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,and greatly reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia,which is worthy of promotion.
