下肢骨折患者深静脉血栓预防中PDCA循环康复模式的应用及对下肢肿胀程度、肢体疼痛的影响

Application of PDCA Circulation Rehabilitation Model in Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Lower Limb Fracture and Its Effect on Lower Limb Swelling and Pain

目的:探讨下肢骨折患者深静脉血栓预防中PDCA循环康复模式的应用及对下肢肿胀程度、肢体疼痛的影响。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年7月本院收治的下肢骨折患者108例,使用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组进行常规康复,研究组在对照组的条件上进行PDCA循环康复模式。比较两组下肢肿胀程度、肢体疼痛情况、深静脉血栓预防知识掌握情况、健康信念水平、深静脉血栓发生情况。结果:研究组下肢肿胀程度、肢体疼痛发生率低对照组(P<0.05);指导前,两组深静脉血栓预防知识掌握情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),指导后,研究组深静脉血栓预防知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05),指导后两组深静脉血栓预防知识掌握评分高于指导前,研究组提高幅度更大(P<0.05);研究组健康信念水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:下肢骨折患者深静脉血栓预防中,PDCA循环康复模式效果较好,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the application of PDCA circulation rehabilitation model in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in patients with lower limb fracture and its influence on the degree of lower limb swelling and limb pain.Method:A total of 108 patients with lower limb fracture in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation,and the study group received PDCA cycle rehabilitation mode on the basis of the control group.The degree of lower limb swelling,limb pain,knowledge of deep vein thrombosis prevention,health belief level and the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Result:The lower limb swelling degree and limb pain of the study group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05);before the guidance,there was no significant difference in the mastery of deep vein thrombosis prevention knowledge between the two groups (P>0.05);after the guidance,the scores of deep vein thrombosis prevention knowledge in the study group and the control group were higher than those before the guidance,but the increase was greater in the study group (P<0.05);the level of health belief in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the number of deep vein thrombosis in the study group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in patients with lower limb fracture,PDCA circulation rehabilitation mode has good effect,and is worthy of application.
