摘要
加强农村社区教育不但是“学习型社会建设”题中应有之义,更是农村社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内涵。以社区教育政策、居民交往空间、相互关联的角色为互动情境,以相关教育项目或活动为互动中介,以教育活动持续进行的动力为互动意义,互动情境—互动中介—互动意义共同构建的互动论分析框架阐释了农村社区教育空间生成与拓展的过程。农村社区教育空间发展既依赖于政府(或社区教育机构等)自上而下的政策设计和引导,也依赖于当地居民自下而上的组织和参与。探讨农村社区教育空间生成与拓展的互动过程对诠释社区教育理论、创新社区教育活动形式、拓展终身教育方法有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
Strengthening rural community education is not only the proper meaning of“building a learning society”,but also the important connotation of the modernization of rural social governance system and governance capacity.It takes community education policy,residents communication space and interrelated roles as the interactive situation,relevant educational projects or activities as the interactive intermediary,and the driving force of continuous educational activities as the interactive significance.The analysis framework of interaction theory,which is constructed by interactive situation,interactive intermediary and interactive significance explains the process of the generation and expansion of rural community education space.The development of rural community education space not only depends on the top-down policy design and guidance of the government(or community education institutions,etc.),but also on the bottom-up organization and participation of local residents.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the interactive process of the generation and expansion of rural community education space for interpreting the theory of community education,innovating the forms of community education activities and expanding the methods of lifelong education.
