基于风毒论探讨化斑解毒汤治疗蛇串疮机理及验案分析

Discussion on the Mechanism of Using Huaban Jiedu Decoction in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster Based on “Wind Toxin Theory” and Case Analysis

中医对蛇串疮认识由来已久,病因病机论述也颇为丰富。笔者有幸师从四川省第二届十大名中医钟以泽主任医师,其对蛇串疮的认识提出了新的见解和治疗方法,临床疗效独特。其病因认识上常提"毒"字,治疗方法上常有"排毒、解毒、通络"的观点。但目前教科书均忽略其病机在"毒"字上的研究,深入研究古人对蛇串疮的认识,其内容极其丰富,研究发现毒邪致病贯穿了蛇串疮病因病机的始终。本文以风毒为切入点,深入论述从风毒立论选用化斑解毒汤治疗本病的理论和实践,以期对临床有所裨益。

Herpes zoster has been known in traditional Chinese medicine for a long time, and the discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis of herpes zoster is also quite rich. The author has the honor to learn from ZHONG Yize, the chief physician of the second top ten traditional Chinese medicine in Sichuan Province, whose understanding of herpes zoster has put forward new opinions and treatment methods, and the clinical effect is unique. The word "Poison" is often mentioned in the understanding of its etiology, and there is often the viewpoint of "detoxification, detoxification and dredging collaterals" in treatment methods. However, at present, textbooks ignore the study of its pathogenesis in the word "Poison",and make an indepth study of the ancients’ understanding of herpes zoster, which is extremely rich in content. It is found that the pathogenesis of herpes zoster runs through the etiology and pathogenesis of herpes zoster. From the point of view of windtoxin, this paper deeply discusses the theory and practice of treating this disease from wind-toxin, in order to be beneficial to the clinic.
