摘要
目的:观察以开通玄府法联合西医治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)的临床效果。方法:选取我院2017年1月~2019年1月收治的90例HICH患者,随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例),常规治疗基础上,对照组予以依达拉奉,治疗组在对照组基础上予以开通玄府汤,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、血肿量、神经功能、日常生活能力及相关血清生化指标。结果:治疗组临床有效率显著高于对照组(95.56%vs 80.00%)(P<0.05);治疗2周后及治疗4周后,观察组的血肿量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组CSS、IL-6、TNF-α、NF-κB显著低于对照组(P<0.05),ADL、VEGF显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉治疗基础上,开通玄府汤联合治疗HICH能够提高疗效,显著减少血肿量,促进神经功能的改善,提高日常生活能力。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of applying Xuanfu Method combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH). Methods: Ninety HICH patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=45) and a controlled group(n=45). On the basis of routine treatment, the controlled group was given Edaravone, and the treatment group was given Xuanfu Decoction on the basis of the controlled group. Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, hematoma volume, neurological function, activities of daily living and related serum biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(95.56% vs 80.005%)(P<0.05). After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the hematoma volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). The levels of CSS,IL-6,TNF-α and NF-κB in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05),and ADL and VEGF were significantly higher than the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of Edaravone, Xuanfu Decoction combined with HICH can improve the curative effect, significantly reduce the amount of hematoma, promote the improvement of neurological function and improve the ability of daily life.
