摘要
针对缸体强度提高所引起的成本增加、收缩倾向增大等问题,开发了一种新型变质剂来代替部分高熔点稳定碳化物的合金元素。通过性能试验和铸件试验,新型变质剂在保证铸件力学性能的前提下可降低铸件生产成本和收缩倾向。
A new type of modifier was developed to replace part of the alloying elements with high melting point stable carbides in order to solve the problems such as cost increase and shrinkage tendency increase caused by the increase of cylinder strength.The results show that the new modifier can not only guarantee the mechanical properties of castings,but also reduce the production cost and shrinkage tendency of castings.
