摘要
侧架铸件结构较为复杂,在生产中易出现缩孔、缩松缺陷。通过AnyCasting铸造模拟软件对侧架铸造工艺进行了数值模拟,根据模拟结果对铸造工艺进行了优化,按照优化后的铸造工艺进行了生产验证。结果表明,对试生产的侧架铸件进行超声波探伤检测、解剖检查,铸件符合标准要求。
The structure of side frame casting is complex,and shrinkage cavity and porosity are easy to appear in production.The casting process of the side frame was numerically simulated by AnyCasting simulation software.The casting process was optimized according to the simulation results,and the production verification was carried out according to the optimized casting process.The results show that the side frame castings in trial production meet the standard requirements by ultrasonic inspection and anatomical examination.
