北京市2019年肠道门诊腹泻病例札如病毒感染特征分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解北京市肠道门诊腹泻病例中札如病毒(sapovirus,SaV)的感染特征。方法:收集2019年肠道门诊腹泻病例流行病学和临床表现相关资料,应用χ^(2)检验或Fisher检验比较不同组间检出率;采集患者粪便标本,应用不同种PCR方法对腹泻病例粪便标本进行札如病毒检测,并进行基因分型。结果:1047例腹泻病例粪便标本中,SaV检出率为2.77%(29/1047),成功测序16株,GI组11株,GII组4株,GIV组1株。春季检出率5.24%(χ^(2)=8.857,P=0.031)高于其他季节;远郊区检出率5.00%(χ^(2)=8.906,P=0.012)高于城区及近郊区;不同性别、年龄组检出率差异均无统计学意义。腹泻、恶心、呕吐及腹痛为SaV腹泻病例的主要临床症状。结论:SaV是北京市腹泻病例的病原之一,春季和远郊区检出率高,GI组为主要基因型别。 Objective To understand the infection characteristics of sapovirus(SaV)in diarrhea cases admitted to the intestinal clinics in Beijing.Methods The data on the epidemiology and clinical manifestations of diarrhea cases in intestinal outpatient clinics were collected in 2019,and the detection rate between different groups were compared by chi-square or Fisher's test.Stool samples were collected from patient.Different PCR methods were used to detect SaV in stool samples.The genotypes of the virus were also identified.Results Among 1047 diarrhea cases,the detection rate of SaV was 277%(29/1047).Sixteen strains were successfully sequenced,including 11 strains of GI group,4 strains of GII group,and 1 strain of GIV group.The detection rate in spring was 5.24%(χ^(2)=8.857,P=0.031)and was higher than those in other seasons;The detection rate in outer suburbs was 5.00%(χ^(2)=8.906,P=0.012)and was higher than those in urban and suburban areas.No statistically significant differences in the detection rates of different genders or age groups was observed.Diarrhea,nausea,vomiting and abdominal pain were the main clinical symptoms of SaV diarrhea cases.Conclusions SaV was one of the dominant pathogens among diarrhea cases in Beijing.The detection rates were high in spring and in outer suburbs.The predominant genotype was GI group.
