肠道微生态紊乱与糖尿病肾病发生发展的相关性分析 被引量:7

The correlation between intestinal microecological disorders and the onset and development of diabetic nephropathy

摘要 糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)作为2型糖尿病后期最常见和最具代表性的微血管并发症之一,不仅是慢性肾脏疾病的主要病因之一,也是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因,长期以来一直受到人们的关注。但当今的临床研究和诊断方法已不能满足疾病年轻化的需要。故寻找更为快捷、全面和准确的早期诊断指标及缓解后期病情进一步发展显得尤为重要。现有大量的研究结果表明肠道微生态紊乱与DN的发生发展有密切联系,故本文就肠道微生态紊乱与糖尿病肾病发生发展的关系作一综述,以期为临床诊断与治疗提供理论依据、思路和方法。 Diabetic nephropathy(DN),one of the most common and representative microvascular complications in the late stage of type 2 diabetes,is not only one of the main causes of chronic kidney disease,but also the leading cause of death in diabetic patients.For a long time,it has been the focus of people.However,today′s clinical research and diagnostic methods are no longer able to meet the needs of disease rejuvenation.Therefore,it is particularly important to find more rapid,comprehensive and accurate early diagnosis indicators and to prevent further development of the disease in the later stage.A large number of studies have shown that intestinal micro-ecological disorders are closely related to the occurrence and development of DN.Therefore,this article reviews the correlation between intestinal micro-ecology and the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy,with a purpose to provide theoretical basis,ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
