火针临床应用不良事件的成因及对策分析

火针作为传统的针灸疗法,传承千年,几经兴衰,其又称为“白针”“烧针”等。近现代,众多知名专家对火针进行挽救性的总结,并努力发展完善其理论体系。《针灸技术操作规范第12部分:火针》的制定和推广有助于促进火针操作的规范。但临床上依然出现不良事件的报道。文章浅析了火针在临床上不良事件发生的原因以及对策,旨在抛砖引玉,进而推动火针的健康科学发展。

Fire needle, as a traditional acupuncture therapy, has been passed down for thousands of years. It is also called ’white needle’ and ’burning needle’. In modern times, many well-known experts have summarized the fire needle and tried to develop and perfect its theoretical system. The formulation and promotion of Standardized manipulations of acupuncture and moxibustion-Part 12:Fire acupuncture is helpful to promote the standardization of fire needle operation. However, there are still reports of adverse events in clinical practice. This paper analyzes the causes and countermeasures of adverse events of fire needle in clinical practice, in order to promote the healthy and scientific development of fire needle.
