从太阴中风理论探讨《金匮要略》杂病病传规律

Discussion on rules of transformation of miscellaneous diseases in Synopsis of Golden Chamber based on the perspective of wind syndrome of Taiyin

文章从经方“客气邪风,中人多死”的病因学说出发,认为外感、内伤皆以外邪为首要病因,内伤杂病由外感表邪入里传变所致,提出《伤寒论》以太阳病为外感热病之始因,《金匮要略》以太阴病为内伤杂病之始因,而太阴中风是内伤杂病的病传主线。文章进一步总结了太阴中风的三层次,分别为邪风虚热、水饮血痹、风水黄汗,梳理其病因病机及证治方药,并系统探讨太阴中风病传内伤杂病的发生发展规律及代表方药之间的衍化关系。

This article conducted discussions on etiological theory about'extraneous pathogenic wind hit,the one got ill'and concluded that extraneous pathogenic factors were the primary etiology whether exogenous infections or internal injuries;meanwhile,internal injuries were caused by extraneous pathogenic factors.On this basis,this article proposed that taiyang disease was the initial cause of exogenous febrile diseases within Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,and taiyin disease was the initial cause of internal miscellaneous diseases within Synopsis of Golden Chamber,and wind syndrome of taiyin was the main transformation line between internal miscellaneous diseases.This article further summarized three stages of wind syndrome of taiyin,which were extraneous pathogenic win and deficiency-heat,retained fluid and blood-arthralgia,fengshui and huanghan.Furthermore,this article combed etiology and pathogenesis of each stage of wind syndrome of taiyin and systematically discussed rules of occurrence and development about transformation from wind syndrome of taiyin to internal miscellaneous diseases,and derivation relationships between representative prescriptions.
