This paper summarized the main contents of the the lost chapters of Huangdi Neijing Suwen Yipian,and probed into its practical guiding significance by consulting the interpretations of the medical experts of past dynasties,and combining with other chapters of the Huangdi Neijing and the knowledge of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.Huangdi Neijing Suwen Yipian mainly tells the principle of the abnormal five elements'motion and six kinds of natural factors leading to disease and the treatment methods besides medicine from the aspects of jianqi's rise and fall,sitian's foreward and backward,hardness deviate from softness,loss position of three virtual,twelve viscera's function,it embodies its important value in inheriting and developing the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,creating the method of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors acupuncture,predicting epidemic diseases,supporting the vital qi to maintaining the functions of viscera,providing theoretical support for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases caused by five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,and enlightening new ideas for treatment.
