Analysis of YE Tian-shi's thoughts on epidemic prevention

从疾病认识和治法方药分析论述叶天士医案中的治疫思想。叶天士强调疫属秽浊邪气,其疾病发展变化迥异于伤寒,自口鼻吸受,直行中道,流布三焦,可着募原,扰于中焦;亦干心包,里窍内闭。叶天士针对疫病疾病特点,确立了轻扬理上、疏达募原、芳香逐秽、分化湿浊、清泄包络等一系列系统的治法方药体系。

The epidemic prevention thought in YE Tian-shi’s case was discussed from disease and treatment. YE Tianshi stressed that the epidemic is a dirty evil, the development and change of the disease is different from exogenous cold disease, from the mouth and nose suction, straight to the middle road, the flow of sanjiao, can be collected, disturbed in the middle coke. Also stem pericardium, inside otorostomy is closed inside. According to the characteristics of the epidemic disease, YE Tian-shi established a series of treatment, such as light on the principle, sparse to Muyuan, fragrance to filth, differentiation of dampness and turbidity and clearing away the Xinbaoluo.
