从几何图形赏析“火郁发之”栀子豉汤类方

Appreciate‘dissipate excessive stagnation of fire'Zhizichi Decoction by geometric figure

栀子豉汤是体现"火郁发之"思想的代表方,笔者选取栀子豉汤及其类方共11张,通过绘制几何图形的形式,创新性从美学角度赏析和阐释在"火郁发之"思想指导下温病学派对经方栀子豉汤的传承与发展,实现经方结构和组方思路的可视化,易于学习、理解,以期能够为经方的解析、教学提供新思路,为临床拓展应用提供借鉴,构建中医文献与临床实践的桥梁。

Zhizichi Decoction is the representative decoction of the thought of ’dissipate excessive stagnation of fire’. This study selected eleven pieces of Zhizichi Decoction and its similar prescriptions to appreciate and explain how the warm disease school inherits and develops Zhizichi Decoction under the guidance of the thought of ’dissipate excessive stagnation of fire’ from the aesthetic point of view, so as to realize the visualization of the classical prescription’s structure and composition, which would contribute to better understand and interpret the classical prescription. This study provided new ideas for the analysis and teaching of the classical prescription, offered reference to clinical extension application, and construct a bridge between traditional Chinese medicine literature and clinical practice.
