管窥《伤寒论》六病的时空思维

Exploration on the temporal and spatial thinking of six types of diseases in Shanghan Lun

阴阳五行为中医之根,阴阳系日月,五行即五星,中医学是渗透着古天文学精髓的时空医学,能够久历千年而不衰,与其善于领略、模拟与运用时空密切相关《伤寒论》是模拟运用时空的典范,其病脉证治均蕴含效法时空的思维特色,其文简,其意博,其理奥,其趣深,实乃万病之法门,值得上下求索。文章就时空思维的理论基础与六病模型建构的作用、时空理论在《伤寒论》气味组方的模拟运用等问题浅谈窥孔之见,以求探微索隐,识契真要。

Yin-yang and five elements are the roots of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),yin-yang represents the sun and moon,five elements represent the five planets.Historic TCM is a kind of time-space medicine permeating the essence of ancient astronomy,which is good at under-standing,simulating and using space and time.Shanghan Lun is a paragon to be studied deeply,which contains the thinking characteristics of imitating time and space,and can cure various diseases.In this paper,the theoretical basis of spatiotemporal thinking and its role in the construction of six types of diseases'model,and simulation application of spatiotemporal theory of qi and flavor prescription in Shanghan Lun are discussed.
