国医大师刘柏龄治疗类风湿性关节炎经验

Experience of TCM master LIU Bai-ling in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

类风湿性关节炎属中医"痹病""历节""尪痹"范畴,是临床的常见病、多发病。国医大师刘柏龄教授,根据患者临床症状,通过中医辨证论治理论及结合"肾主骨"思想,采用清热利湿、疏风活络治疗类风湿性关节炎,临床上取得显著疗效,文章整理分析其医案,已期对治疗本病有所启示。

Rheumatoid arthritis is similar to‘arthralgia disease’,‘arthralgia festival’and‘obstinate arthralgia’.It is a common clinical disease and frequently occurring disease.According to the clinical symptoms of patients,professor LIU Bai-ling,TCM master,through the theory of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of‘kidney dominating the bone',used the therapy of heat-clearing,dampness-removing,wind-dispersing and collateral-activating to treat rheumatoid arthritis and achieved remarkable clinical effect.In this article,the case is collated and published,hoping to have some enlightenment for the treatment of this disease.
