国医大师李士懋应用理阴煎合补中益气汤治疗精气亏虚型发热经验

TCM master LI Shi-mao's experience in treating fever of deficiency of vital essence with Liyin Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction

李士懋教授是第二届国医大师,其学术体系以“平脉辨证”为核心。精气亏虚型发热在临床表现上症状纷纭复杂,且与外感发热的症状有相似之处,李士懋教授应用平脉辨证分析其病因病机,并扩展理阴煎与补中益气汤的应用指征,常以理阴煎合补中益气汤加减对精气亏虚型发热进行治疗,取得良好的临床疗效。

Professor LI Shi-mao is the second TCM master,whose academic system is centered on‘normal pulse syndrome differentiation'.In clinical manifestations,the symptoms of fever with deficiency of essence and qi are various and complex,and they are similar to the symptoms of external cold and heat.Professor LI Shi-mao applied normal pulse syndrome differentiation to analyze its etiology and pathogenesis,and extended the indications of Liyin Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Liyin Decoction combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction are often used to treat the fever with deficiency of vital essence,and good clinical effect is achieved.
