王居易经络诊察对于井穴应用的临证经验

Clinical application experience of WANG Ju-yi in channel palpation for Jing-well points

井穴者阴阳之交,在王居易经络诊察体系中,不仅重视其可泻实清热,开窍祛瘀,更强调其引阳通络,行气导滞。王教授倡导井穴应用要在经络诊察基础上首辨病变经络虚实,后据辨经、选经原则,选取本经或表里经之井穴以达补泻之功;依据井穴新定位,采用指甲压押法及点刺放血辅助艾灸法为主要操作,根据经络虚实选择放血滴数,并配伍其他特定穴以提高临床疗效。

Jing-well points are the intersection of yin-yang and the confluence of qi and blood. In WANG Ju-yi’s channel palpation system, it not only pays attention to its functions of reducing excess and clearing heat, opening the orifices and removing blood stasis, but also emphasizes the effect of regulating yang, unblocking collaterals, promoting qi and removing stagnation. Professor WANG Ju-yi advocated the application of Jing-well points on the basis of channel palpation, first to identify the deficiency and excess of pathological channels, and then according to the principles of channel differentiation and selection, select the corresponding Jing-well points of each other as the exterior-interior relationship channels to achieve the function of tonifying and reducing;he also summarized and found Jing-well points new positioning, using nail pressing method and pricking and bloodletting assisted moxibustion as the main operation, according to channel status, number of bleeding drops should be selected accordingly in combination with other specific points in order to improve the clinical effect.
