马大正妇科药对配伍特点探析

Discussion of the characteristics of compatibility of MA Da-zheng’s gynecological couplet medicines

药对作为单味药和复方之间的桥梁,对于提高临床药效、扩大应用范围、适应复杂病情等具有重要作用。文章从性味、归经、药用部位、作用趋向的相须相使配伍,以及寒温并用、润燥相合、行止相济、升降合济、散收并施、上下并治的相反相成配伍两个方面介绍马大正中医妇科药对配伍特点。

As a bridge between single-medicine and compound prescription,couplet medicines play an important role in improving clinical efficacy,expanding the scope of application,and adapting to complex conditions.This paper introduced the national Chinese medicine experts academic experience inherit old work guiding teacher MA Da-zheng's characteristics of compatibility of gynecological couplet medicines,including co-operation compatibility from nature and flavour,channel tropism,medicinal parts and action trends,as well as contrary compatibility from combination of cold and warm,moisturizing and dryness,action and stop,lifting and lowering,dispersing and harvesting,upper and lower.
