摘要
急性心肌梗死(AMI)是危害国民生命健康的重大疾病,《急性心肌梗死中医临床诊疗指南》是由国家中医药管理局及中华中医药学会支持,在陈可冀院士、张伯礼院士及吴以岭院士的指导下,由张敏州教授、丁邦晗教授及林谦教授组织国内著名临床医学专家、方法学专家和循证医学专家等共同参与,立足于国内外中医药防治AMI的研究成果,借鉴循证医学指南制定的原则和方法,对现有文献进行筛选和评价,通过国际推荐的评估、制定与评价系统标准并建立证据分级体系,经专家论证后形成了有证据级别及推荐意见的AMI中医临床诊疗指南,针对AMI的防治提供以中医药为主要内容的诊断与治疗建议。
Acute myocardial infarction(AMI) is a critical illness that endangers people’s life and health. The Clinical Practice Guideline of Chinese Medicine for Acute Myocardial Infarction, funded by the project of National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine(NATCM) and China Association of Chinese medicine(CACM), was formulated by renowned clinical medicine experts, methodologist and evidence-based medicine experts that organized by professor ZHANG Min-zhou, DING Bang-han and LIN Qian and guided by Academicians CHEN Ke-ji, ZHANG Bo-li and WU Yi-ling. Based on the domestic and foreign research achievements of Chinese medicine on prevention and treatment of AMI and following the evidence-based medicine principles of developing the guidelines, the guideline workgroup launched extensive literature screening and evaluation, then established a grading system of evidence with the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation(GRADE) tool. On the basis of the grading system of evidence, the level of evidence and recommendation of evidence in this guideline could be finally found after experts’ argumentation. This guideline aimed at providing Chinese medicine as the main content of diagnosis and treatment recommendations in AMI patients.
