舌下络脉的图像采集及特征提取研究进展

Research progress on image acquisition and feature extraction of sublingual veins

舌下络脉诊作为中医舌诊的重要内容,通过观察舌下络脉的变化,可以分析机体气血运行情况,为临床辨病辨证施治提供更多的诊断依据。随着计算机和现代信息技术的快速发展,舌下络脉图像采集正朝着数字化的方向发展,诸多学者通过运用多种信息处理技术,进一步实现了舌下络脉的定性、定量化分析。文章回顾近20年来国内外研究成果,从舌下络脉图像采集方法、观察方法及自动识别与分析方法等方面进行综述,从而为舌下络脉诊的标准化理论和特征客观化研究提供支持。

As an important part of tongue diagnosis in TCM,sublingual veins diagnosis can analyze the movement of qi and blood by observing the changes of sublingual veins,and provide more diagnostic basis for clinical disease differentiation and treatment.With the rapid technology development of computer and modern information,image acquisition of sublingual veins is moving towards the direction of digitalization.Many scholars realized the qualitative and quantitative analysis of sublingual veins by using a variety of information processing techniques.Recalling the past 20 years,the paper takes a review of the methods of image acquisition,observation,automatic recognition and analysis of sublingual veins,so as to provide support for the research of standardization theory and feature objectification of sublingual veins.
