Research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of vitiligo

白癜风是一种常见的损容性皮肤病。近年研究证实中医药及外治治疗白癜风疗效确切。目前针对针灸治疗白癜风的相关文献仍有研究方法学质量不高、缺乏统一疗效指标等问题,文章介绍了针灸治疗白癜风各种方法,如针刺、火针、艾灸等。针灸治疗白癜风配合中药有显著疗效,其作用机制可能与抑制细胞免疫、氧化应激有关,为下一步研究方向提供依据。

Vitiligo is a common lesion of appearance skin disease.Recent studies have confirmed the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment on vitiligo.The article introduces various methods of acupuncture for the treatment of vitiligo,such as acupuncture,fire needle,moxibustion,and so on.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of vitiligo combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect,its mechanism may be related to inhibition of cellular immunity,oxidative stress.At present,the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of vitiligo still has the problems of low quality of research methodology and lack of unified curative effect index,which provide the basis for the next research direction.
