超声引导下针刀治疗肩周疾病的研究概况

Overview of research on ultrasound-guided acuptomy treatment of the shoulder diseases

肩周疾病主要指肩关节周围软组织病变引起的以肩关节疼痛及活动受限为主要表现的相关疾病的统称,其主要治疗手段包括手术及针灸针刀、中药康复等保守治疗,针刀治疗肩周疾病疗效显著。近年来随着超声技术水平的提高,超声实时引导针刀不仅提高了治疗的安全性,也实现了精准医疗。文章就超声引导针刀治疗肩周相关疾病的诊断标准、具体治疗方法等方面进行系统综述,总结超声引导针刀治疗此类疾病的特点以及目前存在的一些问题,以期为超声引导下针刀治疗肩周疾病的临床治疗及临床研究提供帮助。

The shoulder diseases mainly refers to the soft tissue lesions around the shoulder joint,a general term for shoulder pain and limited movement as the main manifestation of related diseases,its main treatment methods including surgical treatment,acupuncture,acupotomy,traditional Chinese medicine and other conservative treatments.Among them,acupotomy is effective in treatment.In recent years,with the improvement of ultrasound technology,ultrasonic real-time guidance not only improves the safety of treatment,it also achieves precise medical treatment.This article analyzed the characteristics of the research of ultrasound-guided acuptomy treatment for the shoulder diseases from diagnosis,specific operation steps and so on,so to provide some ideas for ultrasound-guided acuptomy treatment and clinical research of soft tissue diseases of shoulder joint.
