摘要
目的:通过脉图与热图信息,分析其年节律变化情况,探讨"天地人"年节律的相互关系及其与相位的相关性。方法:应用高精度智能机械手中医脉诊信息采集分析系统,于2012年7月至2014年6月和2016年10月至2018年10月的每月下旬节气前后三天,分别采集两轮次的脉诊信息,应用正弦函数谐波拟合方法构建脉图模型;应用红外热像仪,于2016年至2018年的相同时间点,采集一轮次的红外热图信息并分析。结果:脉位、脉力及体表温度与太阳角度及地表气温同步变化明显;最高气温、最低气温和脉位、脉力、体表温度与太阳角度的相位延迟分别为12.85°、25.71°和45°,其中,最低气温与脉位、脉力的相位延迟一致。结论:脉位、脉力及体表温度存在四时节律变化,相位可作为"天地人"年节律的评价指标;绘出"天地人"年节律模型图,为"人与天地相参"提供现代科学依据。
Objective: To explore the relationship of the annual rhythm of ’nature and human’ and their correlation with phase by analyzing the pulse and heatmap data. Methods: Two rounds of pulse information were collected in July, 2012 to June, 2014 and October, 2016 to October, 2018 three days before and after the solar term with high precision intelligent pulse diagnosis information acquisition and analysis system and then the pulse image model was built by sine function harmonic fitting method. One round of the infrared heat map information was collected in 2016-2018 three days before and after the solar term with infrared thermal imager and analyzed. Results: The synchronous changes of pulse position, pulse force and body surface temperature with solar angle and surface temperature are obvious. The phase delays between maximum temperature, minimum temperature, pulse position, and body surface temperature with solar angle were 12.85°, 25.71° and 45° respectively. Among them, the phase and phase delay of minimum temperature and pulse position were the same. Conclusion: There are annual rhythm changes in pulse position, pulse force and body surface temperature, phase can be used as an evaluation index of annual rhythm of ’nature and human’, the annual rhythm model map of ’nature and human’ provides modern scientific basis for the theory of ’correspondence between human and nature’.
