Study on chemical constituents from Sedum aizoon L.

目的:研究景天三七Sedum aizoon L.的化学成分。方法:景天三七95%乙醇提取物,采用AB-8大孔树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化常数及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果:从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为3,4′,5, 7-四羟基黄酮-8-O-α-D-来苏糖苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、槲皮素(3)、山柰酚(4)、sedumol(5)、原儿茶酸(6)、4-甲氧基-3, 5-二羟基苯甲酸(7)、对羟基苯甲酸(8)、对羟基苯甲醛(9)、对羟基苯乙醇(10)、没食子酸乙酯(11)、没食子酸(12)、(2S,3R)-1, 2, 3, 4-四羟基-2-甲基丁烷没食子酸(13)、β-谷甾醇(14)、胡萝卜苷(15)。结论:对羟基苯甲醛、对羟基苯乙醇、(2S,3R)-1,2,3,4-四羟基-2-甲基丁烷没食子酸为首次从该属植物中分离得到,3, 4′,5,7-四羟基黄酮-8-O-α-D-来苏糖苷为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective: To investigate chemical constituents from Sedum aizoon L. Methods: The 95% ethanol extract from Sedum aizoon L. was isolated and purified by AB-8 macroporous adsorptive resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as 3,4,′5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone-7-O-α-D-xylopyranoside(1), kaempferol-3-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(2), quercetin(3), kaempferol(4), sedumol(5), protocatechuic acid(6), 4-methoxy-3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid(7), 4-hydroxybenic acid(8), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(9), 4-hydroxybenzeneethanol(10), phyllemblin(11), gallic acid(12),(2 S, 3 R)-2-methylbutene-1,2,3,4-tetrol(13), β-sitosterol(14), daucosterol(15). Conclusion: 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 4-hydroxybenzeneethanol,(2 S, 3 R)-2-methylbutene-1,2,3,4-tetrol were firstly isolated from genus Sedum for the first time, 3,4,′ 5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone-7-O-α-D-xylopyranoside was obtained from this plant for the first time.
